review 1: This was a really good book. Nikki, aka Texas, has a chip on her shoulder that is the size of the state of Texas and Jett is just the man to help her get rid of it. Of course Nikki is too stubborn to realize and accept this. I really felt sorry for Jett at time during this book, this man not only had a bruised heart but also ended up with real bruises several times during the story all for the woman he loves. This was a very sweet and at many times funny love story that kept me reading long into the night. I loved the characters that the author created and the descriptions were very easy to imagine. I will definitely be looking for more books in this series.
