review 1: I really thought I could like this - it seemed right up my alley. Instead, it came across as plotless, pointless and silly. Sure, the premise was cute, but it never went anywhere. Worst of all was the indecisiveness of the author's representation of the main characters. I was never really sure who we were supposed to like or dislike, and other characters still seemed to be introduced for no apparent reason. Sadly disappointed - great idea that didn't quite get it done.
review 2: I wanted to like this more than I did, because it was very clean for a YA romance---even cleaner than Taste Test, which I read previously. I think if it had ended differently I would have rated it higher. It seemed to set up this expectation through the book that life isn't like the m

It was adorable. Some bits were painfully embarrassing to read, but the end was just heartwarming.
