review 1: This book, although entertaining, was not as good as the 1st one. For some reason Lynise really got on my nerves in this installment. There also seemed to be a noticeable amount of typing & grammatical errors. But I will admit the highlight of the story was Bishop. This character really made the book enjoyable for me. He is strong and mysterious and I picture him being fine as hell!!! I can't wait to read book 3 just to get another glimpse of Bishop...
review 2: This one got off to a bit of a slow start, but about half way through I was literally glued to the pages. Lynise seems like she is finally on the right track, and Bishop...OMG the epitome of the urban street lit man. I just hope he does right by Lynise in the next book because she can surely use a bre
... moreak. The suspense in this book was huge, and I can honestly say I had no clue what was going to happen next, but I was really happy with how the book ended. Looking forward to see how part 3 unfolds. less
