review 1: 3.5 stars No strange creatures or love triangle, though there is a guy. Sarah has been having her memory wiped. She has no idea what traumatic event she needed erased. Just when the procedures should be ending a huge storm, power outage and people with guns show up at the same time she fins clothes and a bag of clear pills with directions under her bed. So if the guy who offers help is smart and good looking why would we complain. She's going to need help figuring out what's ging on and why someone want her dead.
review 2: Once again Sarah is about to undergo brain surgery when something stops that from happening. The next thing she knows she's racing through the halls of the private hospital in which she's been kept, and as the result of swallowing a pill th... moreat someone left her, some of her memories are coming back. Readers will be swept up by all the excitement as Sarah races from place to place and tries to reclaim her identity. While the idea of starting life over as the result of having a blank slate might be appealing in some ways, it also could be rather daunting to know nothing about yourself. What she discovers shocks her and will surprise readers. Although there are some holes in the plotline, I was easily caught up by the story and loved the fact that it features a geek as a heroic figure. Things got a little bit muddy toward the end with all the lies that were being told and the bodies that were piling up, but still, I enjoyed thinking about what it might have been like to not know a thing about your past. Would you become the same person and have the same tastes and interests? There's plenty of think about here. less
