review 1: **This review is for the entire series (finished or unfinished). I started only adding the first volume from manga titles because, well, do you realize just how many volumes of One Piece there are?!**I love this manga. It's the perfect mix of hilarity and depth...and with the added bonus of stellar artwork and a good-natured mangaka who enjoys answering fan q's (ask baldly!), this manga is 100% WIN. The complexity of the plot and the characters is truly commendable. I have too many favorite manga already...but this one makes the list anyway.
review 2: This is my favorite manga of all time. It has been quite a while since I have read this one, especially the first volume, but I remember that I stayed up until 3 o' clock in the morning reading the first few volum... morees. I feel instantly and deeply in love with this manga right from the very start. It is such and original and creative plot line, all throughout the series, not just in volume 1. I love love love this manga with lots of passion. And to top it all off, it was my first manga, so even if you're not into manga, this is a good one to start off with! less
