review 1: Oh my God! This book was LOL hilarious! I am still laughing an hour after reading it! L.A never fails to grab to cracked up with Bronagh and Domincs antics. And of course the rest of them crazy Skaters brothers. I never got my full fill with Dominic so this Novella was an AMAZING treat. And coming from Dublin myself I can say L.A gets our lingo down! Spot on. The stuff that comes outta her mouth I say almost daily. Or someone I know will around me. Yet bronagh and Dominic shouting it at each other is hilarious. And of course the PHATT as is back with a bang! Best LOL book for me this year. Well......after Dominic of course ;)
review 2: I just cannot get enough of this group !! I will admit I read this after I finished Alec so a little out of order but none the
... moreless just as brilliant !! I love these chicks !! They are rude and dirty like their men and they do not take any sh** from anyone. It is refreshing to read about chicks who say what they think and not worry about what others will think. Bronagh has been through hell , being bullied by schoolmates including Dominic but now she is happy and about to celebrate her 21st birthday with the man she loves and their families !! This novella is the little journey into her birthday with a few twists and turns to keep it Slater enough and prepare us for what comes next !!Dominic is the BOMB !! He plans out this whole crazy day for Bronagh's birthday and although some of it horrifies her it is so much fun to read about it and feel the joy and horror she endures. Hiking and bowling and the sweetest gift ever. OMG that damn book had me crying , laughing and crying all over myself !! LOLTheir dynamic may seem odd to some but it is so fun and refreshing to read about them I just love it. They are super hot and I also love getting bits and pieces of the rest of the gang. I love seeing the love between the Murphy sisters and SLater brothers it is awesome. But of course knowing what we know the danger is never far from them. Just when you least expect it drama unfolds and we get serious. Things get tense for a bit but those Slater brothers never let you down. They protect who they love and I can most definitely say the same about Bronagh. There is no messing with this couple !! less

There is something very compelling in this author's storytelling, that allows you to step inside the main characters and experience things as they do. I like Bronagh, I really, really like Bronagh, and the rest of the main characters in this series. This 1.5 is a short piece about Bronagh and Dominic, that entails their relationship after they ride off into the sunset. In this novella, Dominic continues to melt my heart, and Bronagh continues to make me laugh. That said, seriously, what more could you want in a book? Happy Birthday Bronagh!

I felt it was unfair to say that Bronagh was the immature one or rather the only immature one. They both seemed pretty immature. It was sweet that Dominic planned all the surprises for her but on the other hand, if she's not into rock climbing or bowling, why choose those activities? Also, isn't it a bit odd if you're saying she has an anger problem and yet you point out that you're constantly saying the wrong things because you don't think before you speak?
