review 1: First of all I would like to say I got this book from a first reads giveaway and I am so happy I did because it has become on of my favorites. When I first got this book I wasn't to eager to read it because I'm not greatly into sappy teen romances , which is what Perfect Timing looked like. But Perfect Timing was a surprising turn around turning out to be a great book. This book is completely and with out a doubt a good book for about anyone. It is a fantastic read. It's seem less flow is a joy to read and each page makes you eager to read the next. There are no dual moments while reading this book. Perfect Timing is great and all I have to say is ,"WoW."
review 2: After reading so many amazing reviews from different authors and fellow readers, I was
... moreexcited to finally dive into this book. As I read through the chapters, Perfect Timing was everything I hoped it would be plus much more. This book has action, humor, and an irresistible love story that will keep you hooked from the first page until the last. This was my first time reading a book by Laura Spinella and I have to say that I love the way this author tells a story. The details in which Spinella uses to describe the characters and their stories, which jump between the past and present, were remarkable and had me turning the pages as fast as I possibly could. After reading through Perfect Timing, I instantly purchased her first novel Beautiful Disaster and can’t wait to devour that one as well.Perfect Timing follows the lives of two childhood friends, Isabel and Aidan. Isabel works at radio station in New England and is in a serious relationship with Nate, a doctor who is the anti-Aidan. And then there is Aidan, a bad boy rock star with millions of fans and according to the tabloids, a different love interest every month. After zero contact for seven years, Isabel’s work at the radio station comes crashing down and the only person who can help her and her co-workers get out of the mess is Aidan. The story flashes back to their childhood with glimpses into how Isabel and Aidan became friends, shared their first kiss, struggled with family issues, and eventually lost touch. The characters are so complex and lovable in their own ways and I was rooting for them throughout the entire book. This book continued to surprise me with unexpected twists and turns; I couldn't turn the pages fast enough until I finally reached the end, when I instantly wanted more. I already gave my copy of this book to one of my friends because I wanted others to share in my joy! I highly recommend this book to everyone – this story will touch you in ways you wouldn't have expected and has you genuinely believing that true love does conquer all (and karma does exist).Well done Laura…I can’t wait to see what you come out with next! less
