review 1: "If only he could lean toward her and breathe in that peach-soaked scent, then turn his face to kiss her luscious pink lips." Loved it! This is my first time reading Lea Nolan and I will definitely be looking for more of her books! I have to admit, I felt kind of done with the "Billionaire" theme before I picked this book up, but this is NOTHING like the Billionaire books that have saturated the bookshelves of late. It's a great story! I want to say it's sweet, but that probably isn't an accurate description either. The characters are relatable and you really get to know them! I wouldn't mind seeing a follow book about Carter's friend Devon! (And maybe Emerson, too?) Great read!
review 2: 4-4 1/2 stars. Good characters. I really, really loved the h in... more this one. A lot of relationship hurdles to overcome--mostly due to the H's issues. It would have been 5 stars for me if the h did not give in so quickly to the H at the end. Yes, a period of time lapsed, but I just wish that one large (incredible large) gesture by the H didn't have the h melting and agreeing to everything the H wanted. (However, I did get my HEA). This is actually a pretty small issue. I really enjoyed the story as a whole, and will read more from this author. less
