review 1: I picked this up as a freebie on Amazon. It was a very short read, about nine pages or a ten minute read and was just OK. The story moved quickly beginning with Simone getting ready to meet her online love interest for the first time in person. While I appreciated the quick rundown of events of how they'd met and what had transpired between them leading up to the present, it did come across as an info dump. I think that is the only draw back of a “story” that is so short. The reader isn't shown the relationship progression but rather told, and I have to take the heroine's word for it that she really feels a “connection” with the hero that goes beyond online chatting, sexting and phone calls. As for the plot, I liked the fantasy they engaged in during the concert. I... moret was hot, risque and quite sexy. Unfortunately, there were quite a few errors that were a little jarring, and when they showed up during the sex scene, they threw me out of the action.- There had been many late nights when Simone she had laid in her bed, listening- while she surreptitiously searching the crowd for her Alec.- Her breath stopped when she stopped him sitting at a small table- didn’t want to get up, leave his side, be distracted by concert,- His hands moved over waist,- Liquid heat melt her insides and she turned her head to nuzzled his nose.- She moaned into him when cupped her breast,- What they’d shared amounted nothing more thanThe ending was a HFN, with the potential to be expanded upon or reworked into a longer story. I would read another story by this author, perhaps something longer.
review 2: This is one very hot, erotic, and very short story. Simone met a special friend on Twitter. They eventually graduated to hot phone sex. She loved it and fantasized about meeting him in real life. One of the bands that the both liked was going to be performing at a place that was half way between where they lived. So they made arrangements to meet for the concert. I can't tell anymore without giving u the rest of the story... other than to say...WOW! super hot! less
