review 1: Absolutely incredible just like the first book by Lisa Ladew. I love how the relationship w/Craig & Emma developed. There was some ups & downs w/them but all in all I enjoyed getting there with two of my favorite characters. :) I am going to post some of my favorite quotes from the book. I can't wait for book 3 to come out. I'm dying w/anticipation.*SPOILER ALERT*This is right after Emma finds Craig in the wildfire & has him transported to the hospital. " She squeezed his hand & whispered in his ear, Please come back to me my love." I felt like this was the first time Emma really started to feel love for Craig. I liked how sweet & innocence her love for him was.Craig was in a induced coma and this is what Emma spoke to him. "Come on baby, wake up please. I want to squeeze ... moreyour hand & feel you squeeze mine back. I want to see you smile & laugh & hear your voice. I want to see those luscious dimples light up our face. " It so made me want to be in that hospital room & see his sexy grin as well. I loved being able to imagine what my Craig in my head looked liked."Emma, I'm starving." "Oh yeah? Starving for? she trailed off, a mischievous smile playing on her lips. She walked over to his bed & an her fingers down his bare chest in between the two halves of the gown.""He growled & grabbed her around the waist, pulling her onto the bed. Starving for a big plate of bacon & eggs that I can eat off your bare ass.""Ewwww, gross. Emma laughed."I do believe this was my all time favorite quote throughout the entire book. The silliness & sexiness of Craig & Emma just made me wanna crawl into the hospital bed w/him. I so want to be Emma, cause damn Craig is such an ultimate fantasy boyfriend for me!
review 2: Ok, I am going to start this off by saying that book 2 was a lot better than book 1.The story does unfold and the pace of the book does pick up. However, some things bug me a lot like characters saying things like "yes my love" (might not have said that exact phrase) but any phrases like that just make me cringe and put me off a character. In my world you just do not go from being a strong sexy man and leading lady to spouting cringe worthy phrases because you have feelings. The thing that really bothered me was Craig got shot in the cheek and had half his face bandaged up and it even smashed a molar. Yet other than the description in the chart there was no mention of it in the story. Most people would freak out if there faces had suffered that, would there be scarring etc. In addition anyone who has had a tooth out, let alone someone that got shot in the face would not be kissing like a made person within a few days -it would hurt a lot.All that aside, I think the book was again a good idea and developed a lot more in this one. The plot gets more twists and turns which is always great even though some were just a bit predictable. There is a happy side to and a great message within these books and I did find them an easy read. I would have however preferred more depth to the dark side and the corruption to be detailed a lot more to take the focus away from the romance side. Do not give up, you have left lots of ties that need tying off. Keep going with book 3. x less

Pretty sure these are the stupidest FBI agents the Bureau has ever seen. Lots of editing errors.
