review 1: I really liked this book. Yes, it involves werewolves, but it is more of a side-note in this book, except for their excellent hearing, and superior healing. I really liked the two main characters, and I also like how the author lets us read from both their points of view, although thankfully not at the same time. Now I can't wait to read the rest of the books in the series, and the one coming out this year.
review 2: I can't say this was my favorite in the series, but it was still sweet. I can see how it might be confusing for a new reader. I think I would only recommend this to someone who is familiar with the series. It's light. It's fluffy. And it assumes you know a lot about the supporting characters, which if you've read the rest of the series, you do. It'... mores really light on the paranormal. In fact, there's no shifting in this book. But I did like Gray and Livi together and was happy to see that Gray was able to control himself (at least until the night before the wedding). less
