This Can't Be Happening

review 1: Hmmm, I would give this new adult novel 3 1/2 stars for heart and intensity of feeling conveyed through the characters. It had a very realistic feel, and the author writes with sincerity and love. With that said-I'm pretty open-ended with grammar when someone is writing in terms of style; this is not a paper we are turning in using APA or MLA rules. But...oh, I hate to do this, with a little 'cleaning up' in terms of editing, this would be a very solid work. If this were an outfit I would say press it some but the wrinkles aren't so bad it is not wearable. Otherwise, I got a kick out of reading this. Lexi and Lan, along with all the supporting characters make this story come to life until you feel like you know them all. There are a few unrealistic areas and elements, ... moretrue, but this is fiction, and so it should be, well, fun. And this for me, anyway, was a fun read.
review 2: Lexi, Baby By Lynda LeeAnnaI loved this book. I really enjoyed the entire story line. I really liked Lexi and totally feeled for her in the beginning when she catches her boyfriend Lan, cheating on her. Lan, tries to explain why he cheated but Lexi doesn't give him the time to even have him explain. Lexi then leaves for college and meets a new man name Ryan. Then, here comes the unexpected parts where things totally change. You will find out some people aren't who they claimed to be...I really enjoyed reading this book. less
