review 1: It was a different way to look at werewolfism, and the main love story was sweet (very twilightesq). However, there was another love match that was building and IMO was much more interesting and in depth than the main couple, but it was never finished. Plus, the writing didn't really make me want to read it as fast as I devour other books. I could put it down and not feel the tug to go back to it right away. I can sum it up by saying: They aren't going on my reread list...
review 2: This is a story of a boy who used to be a wolf and a girl who became one.Well, that was the essence of the three books until new characters entered on Linger. The same time I've got more interested with Cole St. Clair than Samuel Roth. Got bored with Sam playing it safe with wol... moreves and Grace Brisbane. He's the Alpha dog and yet, Cole was the risk-taker finding the cure.Writing this note is hard for I love Stiefvater's lyrical way of weaving a story. Furthermore, having five POVs was superb but it kinda messed my concentration on whose turn to narrate. I always have to check twice. less
