review 1: I like the style of the authors writing, but it was unrealistic as far as the lifestyle goes. Spoiler alert: Are we really suppose to believe its sexy to collar a woman without her knowing? And as far as that goes is she really collared without accepting it? I feel like if you write a BDSM story you have a responsibility to the reader to maintain a safe sane and consensual relationship. D/S relationships are about give and take the writer didn't show that.
review 2: This story wasn't bad but it wasn't outstanding either. I feel the word Dominating in the title is a tad misleading. Sure he restrains her with silk ties and drips a bit of wax on her, but it read more like 'kink' than 'Domination.' The main character gave her a collar after their first night of 'ki... morenky' sex, which is another reason I didn't rate it higher. Who Collars someone they barely know, and on the flip side what female lets a guy she barely knows tie her up? I know it is fiction, but still. I also found it odd there was NO mention or use of contraception. Not in this day and era anyway. The positive - The sex scenes were steamy, it was a quick easy read (finishing at 85%) and it was free. less
