review 1: Just a continuation of stories from Para sa Hopeless Romantic. This book of Marcelo made me realize that there's still hope in second chances and happy endings you can still be happy even if your broken because God our creator loves us unconditionally and he will never leave and abandon us so as Jackie's motto Go fight lang sa buhay! Everything happens for a reason even if you do not understand what is the reason just continue to go on in life. I just hate the guts of guys like RJ and I love the character of Alex at first I'm hurt because he leaved Kath after she confessed to him but he has valid reasons to do that maybe he's still hurt and not yet ready to enter into another relationship that's why he did that to Kath. All in all another thumbs up to Kuya Marcelo. He's s... moreuch really a good writer. I just love the texture and cover of his first book the very first one not the extended edition than this one.
review 2: In fairness naman sa akin, binasa ko ang mga unang pahina. Nakasampung pahina rin siguro ako. Yung unang kuwento na tinutukoy ang kanyang kapaligiran, sa Cubao, sa palengke, tapos may singit-singit ng mga pananaw tungkol sa pag-ibig. Tapos yun na, tinigil ko na. Hindi maganda pagkakasulat eh, walang sining, parang kinopya lang sa diary ng high school student. Tagpi-tagpi. Siguro nga unfair sa akin na hindi basahin ang buong kuwento tapos husgahan ko na agad. Eh wala eh, kahit papaano may standards din naman ako. less
