review 1: You will love Maggie's inner turmoils as one can relate to it. She has a hard time thinking of herself could enough to make a career out of taking pictures. Jeffery the beau she is to marry thinks is is good for nothing but a partner in name only. He belittles her often. He takes her on a ski trip to celebrate the engagement but once there, it becomes clear it is for work in reality. Soon it becomes apparent nothing really matters what Maggie wants or feels. After being belittled in front of the friends that come with and in front of the local ski idol it becomes clear to Maggie this is not the man for her. She soon starts to realize she is attracted Taylor the Ski idol and their friendship turns into a romance. Jeffrey causes havoc, but romance prevails. A good read and e... morenjoyable to say the least.
review 2: Enjoyed it but too long for it to be 35 chpaters.Even though Maggie thought she loved Jeffrey I'm glad to read that she finally knew what IN LOVE meant. The story itself was a bit draggy and it kind of left out people that were in it and next minute not. So I wished that it kind of showed how her friendship with Bethany went or whatever happened to her. It's sometimes sad to judge someone when you don't even know them like with the cases of Taylor's friends Hannah and Shawn. It sucks to always think that you can be the break up something that has been together since they were young and knowing that you were the cause of it. I mean in Maggie's case she didn't come across as a nasty GF (which some girls can be) but she understood and just kept to herself. I'm happy for Taylor and Maggie to finally be together and I wished the epilogue has shown Taylor's POV after his accident. less
