review 1: If this is the end of Saloman and Elizabeth's story, it is befitting of the characters and the story line. the plot drive was very intense and intriguing, it had me on the edge of my seat, the question foremost in my mind who will win? Luk or Saloman? i guess we know who wins that battle. The only downside is how the victory of the battle was obtained, i mean their was no big finale, it kinda of fizzled and simmered down. which was ok the rest of the story and action going on more than made up for that. The other side stories going on with the other hunters was just as interesting and added to the whole plot. However not to leave out the main characters, the love interest was more than evident, and sizzling, the chemistry that Marie Treanor creates between the main charact... moreers is almost tangible. an altogether good read, well worth investing time in. Don't forget to read the other two books in the series. I look forward to more of Elizabeth and Saloman's story with fingers cross.
review 2: Oh Marie...I love how the prior two books built and built a marvelous story line that EXPLODES into an action packed, romance. With gathering evil forces joining to replace all the good that Saloman has built up over the year of his awakening with chaos and war. The Vampire Hunters NEED to open to having advice and help from Saloman and his allies. But will long held prejudices keep them from rescue and cause the death of the one woman he could love for eternity? And how long does Elizabeth truly have, with mysterious ailments popping up at odd times and the Dr.'s seeing no cause for alarm? Everything comes to a battle to end all...or could it be a new beginning for Vampire and Humans alike? Join me in enjoying this culmination of a wonderful talent: a writer who kept me hanging till the last page, Thank you Marie for this wonderful trilogy! less
