review 1: Wow, I think I must have read these books all out order and I kinda wish I had read this one first cos then I wouldn't have persevered with the others, I really have to get over my inability to have an unfinished book cos I really wanted to DNF.Bad storyline, characters with no redeeming qualities at all.At first I felt sorry for HArriet knowing that Lewis intended on using her for his movie but then I saw she was just as unlikeable!No doubt these books have HOT HOT sex scenes and if thats all your interested in then you'll like this but I need to have good characters!
review 2: Harriet, bored with her job and her fiancé decides to apply for a job as a PA for a famous move star who is currently working on a project in England.What she doesn't realise is she i... mores the muse for a film which hopefully will resurrect the actress' ( Rowena) career. Rowena and her husband Lewis the film director live with Rowena's half brother Chris. Chris and Rowena are having an incestuous relationship and feel that if Harriet is introduced to their lives Chris may be interested in her leaving Rowena and Lewis to get on with life and what a plot for a film this would be. What follows is a hash of all the other erotic novels out there ending in an orgy....To be honest I really didn't enjoy this read that much, I didn't dislike it neither loved it. There were spelling mistakes throughout and the voyeurism and orgy scenes just made me feel cold. Haven of Obedience was a much better written book and I doubt I will bother reading the remaining books in this series. less
