Christmas River Mystery
review 1: The first of the series. I enjoyed the first of the series. I was introduced to Pie Shop owner Cinnamon, Daniel her teenage boyfriend, John a dentist who is Cinnamons' friend and possible love interest and several friends and the awesome dog Huckleberry. The town of Christmas River is the setting of the story and a body in the woods is the mystery. The storyline is strong and although the story follows predictable Cozy lines it is very enjoyable. I look forward to following up this book with the next book in the series.

... moreot line. I live in Florida, but I could feel the cold of the snow. Almost made me want to move there. I love the small town vibe. There were enough good guys and bad guys for a nice murder mystery. I loved Cinnamon, who owned the pie shop. She is a strong woman, and much stronger than she ever thought that she was. I think that time and life sometimes makes you stronger and also happier. A really nice read. less
