review 1: This book is a beautifully told tale that youth readers will love. It is very simple and charming. POV is creative. I figured out the twists in the plot at the same moments that I think the author wants you to. Lemon leaves great foreshadowing to the unraveling of her mysteries. A classic tale of a happy ending, though I do wish that maybe some of the surprises weren't all unraveled at once. I think an appropriate tale for 10 and up. Lemon's writing style is to the point, which makes it an enjoyable easy read. Definitely a fresh take on Snow White, and I enjoyed it.
review 2: I didn' expected I would enjoy the book a lot. It definitely promised it own few twists in the Snow White tale remimagined for one, instead of a stepmother that wants to kill her it's her
... morebirth mother which probably makes everything more personal and suffering abuse from her uncle (which was very unforuntate) but yet she still remains kind and gentle. And the whole thing was told by the Magic Mirror which has another twist in the story in which you have to read to find out! I thought the author's writing was fantastic and now I have to check out her other books. less

Fast paced and refreshingly original. Much better than the original fairy tale:)

This was a fun, easy read, although the ending was a bit predictable.
