review 1: When I first started reading this series I got very upset about being left with cliff-hangers. So I waited until all the parts for the book were out before I restarted the series. I really enjoyed the pace and rhythm of the plot. Excitement, action, adventure, betrayal, loyalty, tested friendships and closer relationships, politics, war - the list goes on. There is something for every one in this series. Am looking forward to reading more of MBs creations.
review 2: I have absolutely loved the adventure this serial has taken me in. Overall this is my type of romance and book. It had action and adventure. Interesting creatures that are both flesh and machine. Scientific and technical without bogging down the story too much. Zenobia and Ariq were smart... more, sexy, respectful and cute as hell. It was nice to go on their love adventure. Both are so distrustful and loners by nature. It was nice to see them come together and let some of their walls down for each other. less
