review 1: Michael Rivers displays a vivid imagination combined with tireless research in the story, The Black Witch. He has developed interesting chacters with unique personalities, including a psychic. The tension rises, steadily, holding the interest of the reader. The one disappointment with this story was the vast number of typos, spelling mistakes, and grammar errors that had not been edited out prior to publishing.
review 2: Spine Chilling, Michael Rivers' book The Black Witch (Curse of the Black Witch) had chills running down my spine through the whole story. This is a great thriller, paranormal adventure. I could read it again! He wrote great character descriptions and gave everyone excellent personalities making me feel that I was actually on board the ship.
