review 1: This book is definitely useful for anyone who has or works with little girls. Some reviewers have mentioned that they didn't feel the scenarios presented were realistic. While some of the stories do *seem* outlandish, I think they are spot-on and relatable. There is a lot of repetition in the book, and a lot of "you'll be able to handle all these situations by using the 4 step approach when you're done reading this book." I found myself scanning a lot, trying to get to the meat. Overall, though, a good resource.

Written for moms and teachers of elementary girls, this book suggests we observe, connect, guide discussions, and support their actions. The stories ... morebecame repetitive, without adding new information. I have searched for books to help me identify and respond to girls' bullying. every one I've found adds a bit of information. But I'm always left unsatisfied. ..again. But I'll keep reading less
