review 1: Michelle Hughes’s “Fantasy’s Bar & Grill: Seduced” is the first novella in trilogy of tantalizing goodness. I loved it! Very sexy. Gave me an erotic book hangover and I was glad I could read the second book right away. It’s very spicy – one girl and four guys kinda spicy – but I ate it up! Naughty goodness!5 out of 5Michelle Hughes’s “Fantasy’s Bar & Grill: Devoured” keeps the sexy going in this second novella of the trilogy. There are a few scenes from this one that I’ll be rereading extensively, if you know what I mean. Not for the faint of heart, this one continues more with the four-on-one scenario and also includes M/M action. 5 out of 5Michelle Hughes’s “Fantasy’s Bar & Grill: Consumed” is the third novella of the trilogy. The first tw... moreo novellas were so good, it’s hard to imagine a fitting end to this series. To me, things got a little more vanilla in this book. I also felt like there wasn’t full closure at the end of the book for two out of the three couples in the series. I wanted it to end differently, darn it!4 out of 5
review 2: Maybe 2.5 stars, really. . . It definitely had moments, but the plot and characters took leaps that just didn't make sense. She goes from being an almost virgin with a past that has turned her completely away from sex to a full menage with little explanation. There were attempts to transition between the two but they just didn't work for me. Then there was the confusing development of her relationship with Samson and then Miles. He issues with Samson weren't developed well enough for me. She had concerns but then she abandons him so quickly, onlt to take up with Miles, only to drop him all within a couple of days and falls right back into Samson's arms, ending with a HEA. I've read books with this type of story line. It requires finesse that is lacking here. Instead, it just read as confusing. On top of it all, the transition from book to book didn't work for me. The sex scenes were well done and worth reading, but the rest of it just didn't work for me. less
