review 1: Call of the Lycan TrilogyBy Michelle Pillow3.75 StarsThis was a good trilogy of shifter stories. The stories are short so you don't quite get the full impact of the connection between the 2 main characters in each story. The writing was well done, with very few errors. I enjoyed these stories and they helped pass my day away, entertaining enough for me to seek out more stories written by Ms. Pillow.
review 2: Call of the Sea (Book 1)- A very nice quick read about a cursed mermaid and a Lycan, and how they found each other and was able to break the curse.Call of the Untamed (Book 2)-Call of the Untamed was a lot better than the first, Call of the sea. I still would of liked it more if it was a little bit longer.I really liked Roark and Natasha characters but I w... moreould of liked to know more about Natasha and Her heritage.. She was really interesting. This was the first time I have read about her type of super natural, so I was very curious.Now on to third brother James and see what mate waits for him. Call of Temptation (book 3)-I have to say that Call of Temptation was so much better than the first two books in the Call of the Lycan series.I feel that this story is more fully developed in terms of the plot and the characters. In this story James, a hunter of rogue werewolves, is out hunting for Meagan from the first novella. James rescues Claudia, a human victim from Meagan's jaws, who is slowly starting to turn. The romance between the two was sweet, more believable and charming. Very enjoyable read. less
