review 1: This book was "free" on Amazon which should of been my first clue. It's very wordy and reiterates most of the same things happening to Charlotte over and over again. I figured out fairly early "the shocking twist" and knew where the ending was headed. Hoping I could be wrong I kept reading. There is so many errors in editing it was annoying. I realize the author and phrases are from England but there were many actual missing words. Honestly... unless you want to feel depressed, as if your reading is going nowhere (like Charlotte's life), then don't waste your time.

... moreoper take away feeling from this book other than a simmering disappointment. Whatever the point of the story was supposed to have been was lost in our main character's severe mental illness, which is never truly explained. We are left to think it was caused by a botched suicide attempt, but we're never really let in to why she has crippling OCD. less
