review 1: Very good book. I wasnt sure at first if I would like this book or not, because at the very beginning, I really thought the main character would be just another one of those characters from the Real Housewives. But I was certainly wrong regarding that and the story really kept my attention the whole way through. The main character Lilith Straight, who is a really good person, becomes a succubus after being struck and killed by a car and has to struggle throughout the book between right and wrong. The story is really well-written and was well developed. I look forward to reading the 2nd book in the series!
review 2: Straight to Hell is about a woman who finds that she has inherited a family curse after she dies. The beginning of the book is a little over the... more top and funny however it progresses somewhat slowly; later the author cleverly reveals certain situations that makes the story take off. I really connected with the characters especially Lillith because I am a mom and empathized with her predicaments. All in all I enjoyed the book, original storyline, and great characters. The ending offered enough of a tease that I look forward to reading the second book. less
