review 1: By Kayla: At first I wasn’t sure I was going to like this book. But I did. I really enjoyed it. It was different and exciting and had a lot of action. Strange things start happening to Seraphina on her 16th birthday. There’s a Lady in black and then unexplainable premonitions, the grungy gang and a handsome guy who is stalking her. Sera has to move to Chicago to live with her aunt because her dad doesn’t know how to deal with her behavior anymore. When she gets to Chicago her aunt tells her some things about a secret society and a fantasy world. There is a lot that happens in this book. I was blown away by it! I loved the adventure and a good love story. This book was wonderful and I give it 5 out of 5 stars! I can’t wait to read the next two b... moreooks!
review 2: This book bored me to tears, I was actually falling asleep reading it, I have just finished reading it, I had bought the whole series but I am not even going to bother to read the last two. I'm wondering if Amazon do a returns for unread kindle books.Another thing that really winds me up is the oh I looked into his eyes and melted (gag)and he was so beautifulThere was no humour in the book at all, which made me loose interest quickly.I can't honestly understand how it has got such high ratings. less
