review 1: I was a little leery when I learned that this book was another fan fiction favorite based on Twilight that had been picked up by a publisher. Still, the premise sounded entertaining, and I decided to give it a try (it was my first e-ARC through Edelweiss). For all that the subject matter involves BDSM (a domme looking for the perfect submissive), the tone of the book was fairly light. It read fast, and kept me interested and amused. The sex scenes have some zing, and the scenes are interesting (if entirely fantasy), and you can't help but hope that Chilly Willy has finally found what he's been looking for...
review 2: I really enjoyed this story, it was a beautiful and hot tale of 2 people learning to trust and getting over their baggage. I think what I liked t... morehe most was that William being a vampire was a non issue it was all about who he and Cerise were and the people they wanted to be. This was a complex and interesting journey they both took each other on. I did spend a lot of the last half of the book waiting for the other shoe to drop as they were just too happy and when it did I felt my heart twist but they way it was resolved was not only satisfying but realistic. I will so be reading more from this author and soon. less
