review 1: While Mun writes some beautiful lines of poetry and weaves together an incredibly raw story, I left the book feeling kind of empty- and not in a good 'This book really got to me' kind of way. It's true that the main character, Joon, is also empty- more of a bystander than a participant in her own life. But because of that detached narrative, I felt nothing for her. I didn't care what happened to her, because she didn't seem to care what happened to herself.

Well written but a little confusing at times. It jumped around too much and had a poor ending.
