review 1: This is a sequel to In The Moment and picks up right where that book ends. You really need that one first. All in all I actually liked this one better than the first book, although they were both good. I loved that these books feature successful mature characters over the age of 30. The relationship was hot and the sex steamy. Sam makes a fateful mistake that nearly ruins everything and I know many people didn't like that part, but I think it fit with her character. She was always one to over analyze things, much to her own detriment usually. Since the very beginning she had struggled to keep work and personal separate, so much so that it seemed to almost become an obsession to her at times. So her decision should not have been a surprise to anyone.I would highly r... moreecommend these books to any fan of Fifty Shades.
review 2: Started off right from the first book along the same lines. Got a bit bored with the Sam constantly worrying about keeping business and personal life separate with Laurent. Pretty obvious who the new CEO of the account was going to be - could see that a mile off. Still a lot of typos which spoiled the flow of reading but generally a decent storyline with lots going on. I agree with other reviewer that the end felt a bit rushed. The epilogue was something of a let down. The next book is Alex's story although I'm a bit surprised that her partner is not the guy mentioned in this storyline. less
