review 1: Not liking this as much as Saving Grace. For one thing. She seems very shallow when she dumps Bart for Nick. Oh sure we are told they are soulmates, meant to be yada yada but it doesn't take away from the fact that she treated Bart so badly.Now go ahead and tell me but he turns out to be a jerk. Yep he pretty much is but that is only to soothe her own concious. I was disappointed in this second read, such a shame.
review 2: This book continues where Saving Grace left off. I enjoyed Katie's character progression and who she becomes at the end of the book. I thought she accepted Nick back into her life way too easily. I thought Nick was a little too perfect. He didn't seem to have many if any flaws. I thought things ended badly for her and Bart too conveniently, ... moreespecially how they seemed to hit things off well in the first book. The ending felt a little strange, especially since Bart's still around but overall I enjoyed it. less
