review 1: This is the 2nd in a series of 3 (I think?) For the 1st 2 chapters I thought - do I really want to do this again? Man and woman can't see the obvious. The man particularly is stubborn, has a very complex past that clashes with feelings that don't match, so they pull away continually, so 2 people miserable. Sounds like a mundane story line and sometimes it can be. The author twists and turns the plot around so it is intriguing. I wanted to keep reading and this book does not disappoint. Not fantastic, but I did really enjoy it - light reading.
review 2: This is a wonderfully encompassing second book in the series yet it is a story I feel that could stand alone. Cal & Taylor are two very strong characters that fall deeply in love I feel at first sight but both hav
... moree issues from their past that they need to overcome, Cal especially. He has a dark & mysterious past that gets slowly revealed to Taylor being when they are trapped in a snow storm. Take this wild ride with they you will not be disappointed at all. The extra characters in this book only adds the the humor of the close friendships & community atmosphere you get from this series. less
