review 1: One of the best analysis of the current state of the nation going into depth of what caused this mess, with a look at the future. I had this on audio but I loved it so much I had to buy it in print and read it again. I'm proud I voted for Pat Buchanan when he was running for President and it's a real shame that the Republican party has been hijacked by the Bush family, Cheney, and the Karl Rove neo-cons who are just as bad as the liberal quasi-socialist Democrats. This book should be required reading. Little trivia: believe it or not, Pat Buchanan and Marilyn Manson are cousins lol.

National debt as a percent of gross domestic product is increasing, the federal payroll is growing larger, more people are re... moreceiving handouts, the religious and moral values of the country are being lost, and the Democratic party is buying votes to stay in power with its giveaway programs. Even if you don't agree with the aauthor, this work should give you food for thought. less
