review 1: I definitely think that high school girls AND boys should read this book. The thing is, most parents talk to their teens about sex, but not about rape. I think this is a discussion that needs to be had. Boys need to know that it's not ok to have sex with a girl that is extremely intoxicated. The one thing I didn't like about this book is that none of the parents seemed to have an issue with all of the underage drinking!! If my teenager came home drunk, he'd be in a world of trouble!

... moreters. The writing felt clunky. The subject matter is real and raw and I appreciate that it's in a YA genre for exposure to the generation this is happening to and Grace is a good character but she's not memorable for me. Ian, I just. I know that a piece of this is supposed to be a romance novel, a small part, but its still there. But this was the most annoying back and forth romance I've ever read. I could not take it seriously. I want to give the book 4 stars for tackling a big subject matter but I honestly can't even think of what to rate this. It's just a giant disappointment considering I've read similar books that really shined in this category and subject matter. less
