review 1: What a wonderful book!! The story opens to a tragic car accident where Miranda , her brother Rob and Miranda's best friend are in an automobile that is struck by another car. Miranda is able to get out of the vehicle, but Rob and Jenna are trapped inside..As emergency crews work to get Rob released Miranda sees her best friend Jenna walking toward her.,Jenna gives her a soft smile and reaches out to touch her. The touch is so cold and then Jenna turns and walks off into the nearby corn field. Miranda looks back up toward the car and sees her friend still trapped inside and realizes she has just seen her first ghost. Miranda and Robs life has forever changed. The family decides to take a 'vacation to York. Miranda has never spoke to anyone about her ghost siting. Rob now su... moreffers with claustrophobic problems. When they arrive in York their world becomes more exciting but complicated. After all, the town is renounced for its strong history of ghost stories. Where does this lead them? All I will say is that you soon find these siblings in small right places with "spirits" visiting Miranda when she least suspects it.
review 2: In this book, Miranda Tennant goes to York, England with her family for a little break after a tragic accident that ends with the death of her best friend, Jenna. She learns that she could ghosts after this incident and becomes overwhelmed by this but gets comfort from a secretive boy named Nick who also can see ghosts. He shows her all the secrets of York and Miranda slowly falls for him. Then she realizes that something dangerous is being planned so she must end it before anyone else gets hurt. I recommend this book because it is very exciting because you unravel the mystery with Miranda as the book goes on. This book is a great book for people who likes mystery books. less
