review 1: I'm not a fan of stories about established couples, so I should have gone with my first instinct and given this a pass.It wasn't badly written, just, um, melodramatic? And I'm not even sure that's the word I'm looking for because melodrama doesn't always bother me. It's just, the story is 57 pages long in iBooks at the font size I chose. And there are 3 sex scenes. So I'd say this is 85-90% sex. Between characters I feel like I never got to know very well.Just an okay read, I'll not return to it again.
review 2: 1.5 starsI don't agree at all that a couple needs to do sometimes "special" in the relationship to keep the sparks going and get out of the routine.What happen after that weekend away? or that night that you managed to do something special? It's so... moremething really wrong in the relationship if you need to fix it with one day a month or every few months, and the rest of the time the relationship suffers the same routine, the same boredom, and the only thing you are looking for is that day that you will do something to keep the fire going.I have been married for many, many years, and my opinion is, that you better do something to fix a relationship, and make the effort to find out what's wrong and not waiting for one day in particular to "make it better". The problems will still be there after that day or weekend of fantasy, the spark and fire should be there constantly, if you can't do that, then you are not making an effort to have a good realtionship.No, I didn't like this plot at all. less
