review 1: "Despite your difficult personality, I will protect you until death"A fantastic book full of twists and turns. Certainly worth a read if you like something a bit different from most of the fantasy books flooding the market now where boy meets girl, boy turns out to be something different, girl falls head over heels in love with boy, boy tries to warn girl away, they both fall in love and skip into the sunset together. “Glamour” is different to these, Rae fights tooth and nail to avoid what is happening to her. She doesn’t want to fall in love because that is what is meant to happen, she doesn’t want to accept fate she just wants her life to go back to normal.At times Rae is annoying, she’s cowardly and does some pretty stupid things and yes the editing of the bo... moreok is certainly not the best but please give this series a chance, it is an amazing story line if you can get past the editing flaws.
review 2: I did enjoy this book. even tho everything happened in literally one day to Rae...did not like that it was waay too rushed; if it was stretched more it would've been better but of course not too stretched out, don't want it to get boring and not moving anywhere.I love the idea that Fletcher has, it was a very nice change to whats usually out there. I really like the idea that Rae and Breandan are bonded but still kind of fight it because they don't immediately fall head over heels; being all mushy gushy like most books have it.I honestly can't wait to read the next book but I do hope that it was better put together then this one. less
