review 1: I wanted to like this book. I really did. I even told myself in the beginning, This will be great. Different, but great. It wasn't great. It wasn't great at all. I want to blame it on the translation. I really do. But again....no. All the sentences were structured the same. Superfluous words everywhere! Deep sentiment with little explanation or story behind it. A lot of philosophy for someone saying so little of anything.

A fantastical long story that needs to be read slowly to appreciate the subtle wry humour.
