review 1: Me encantan las historias de estira y afloja! y ésta es una de ellas, Andie tiene una relación aparentemente perfecta con un hombre guapo, inteligente, emprendedor y educado que además la adora, sin embargo, eso no siempre es suficiente, a veces se necesita algo más, algo no tan perfecto, algo que te apasione, te ponga el mundo de cabeza y te deje sin aliento. Eso es justo lo que encuentra Andie en Chase, el mejor amigo de su novio Colin. El libro abarca esa lucha entre lo aparentemente correcto y lo deseado. Es una historia que te arranca suspiros, sonrisas y varios momentos meditabundos.
review 2: 3,5 stars.I have to admit, this book reminds me of something and I know what it is, Thoughtless.So this is my review, I know is short but hey this is what I tho... moreught!The writing: It was well written, solid, beautiful. (4,5 stars)The character: Andie, strong, innocent, independent person. I liked her, but sometimes she made me cringe lol. (3,5 stars)Chase, funny guy, I liked his personality～He liked Andie, his bestfriend's girlfriend and hated that feeling but he couldn't do anything about it. It kinda sad yeah. (4 stars)Collin, I don't know much about him. The author didn't give me 'more story' about him. All I know is, he was an ambitious guy, he did what the right thing to do. I think he is a boring guy. No wonder Andie *spoiler* Chase. (3 stars)Other characters (Collin's friends, Tracey, Andie's mom etc) : 3 stars. Didn't know much to tell. The story and plot: Andie, was always planning what she would do next. She organized all of her life, always choose the safe way, which is means where she don't have to fire a single shot in her life, that what she thought before Chase interfered.Chase, always doing what he want to do. He was a good guy who doesn't afraid of anything, until he met Andie. He was scared of her, because he cared…he liked her…and fell in love. If you have read Thoughtless, you'll know this feeling, 'Oh man, I hated them. What kind of person she is? Cheated on her boyfriend with her bestfriend's boyfriend' It was messed up. But is this book really same? No. This book was as not intense as Thoughtless. In Thoughtless you will hate the heroine because…yeah y'know what, painful story and tear jerker. In this book, things went slowly. The heroine won't *spoiler lol* until she's sure of it. I liked Andie better.The storyline was…good enough. The road trip part was a surprise. I liked that part a lot. Made my heart beating fast lol. So the story was good but wasn't solid. I think this book was too sweet, too much. So that's why I felt like it wasn't realistic enough. If I have to say, Thoughtless has more solid story and characters than this book. (3 stars for the story and 3,5 stars for the plot)So is it worth to read? Yeah you will like it if you like sweet things, romance with positive stuffs. I don't say that I didn't like this book. I liked it. The writing was so beautiful. I liked this writing style. But the story…not really. Too sweet, seriously. Too lovey dovey, for me lol kidding. But good book. Cheers～ less
