review 1: Meh. I wasn't overly impressed with the book. It was definitely well written for erotica, but the story itself wasn't all that interesting. I guess that's why it took me a few months to finish it. I'm very grateful for the goodreads giveaway, since I probably never would have heard of this author, but I most likely will not ready anything else by her. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the end kind of redeemed itself. I spent most of the book hating the characters because they were going to the sexaholics meetings to talk about what was "wrong" with them and to work on "fixing" themselves, but either immediately after the meeting or within a few hours/days they were right back to doing what brought them there in the first place. I was kind of annoyed ... morethat it took some major events to knock some sense into the characters, but I guess that is life. Overall I wouldn't recommend this book.
review 2: Won from a first reads giveaway. I have to admit...this is one HOT read! Aside from that, the personal journey that each of these women take is very gripping. The book is written in such a way that you put yourself into their shoes. You feel the same disappointment, shock and ultimatily, regret. It takes such a step to finally admit that there's something wrong, but sometimes you still need that shove to lead you in the right direction. less
