Cowboy fantasies. Oh boy, do I have them. I blame the shiny belt buckles and those chaps.
After getting dumped by my Not Future Husband, I’ve decided to spend the summer in Aspen exploring new adventures. First on the list is sexy rodeo champion Justin Garrison, who seems happy to accept the challenge.
What if I fall in love with the real man behind the fantasy?

Being the charming cowboy is an easy role to play. Whenever I’m on the back of a horse or riding a bull, everything’s simple, uncomplicated. Running my family’s ranch and trying to keep past scandals buried are a lot harder.
When my path crosses with a beautiful brunette at a rodeo, I’m not looking for more complications. Zoe Saragossa’s not a typical buckle bunny and I’m definitely not her type.
Can a city girl fall for a real cowboy?

When I heard that Daisy Prescott was working about the third standalone of the Love with Altitude series involving a sexy cowboy, I couldn’t miss it. The appeal about it was quite an asset but Wild For You was so much more.
Then Wild for You happened. Oh my, I read it three times. A slow burn romance that literally captivated me. I was hooked with Justin and Zoe until the end.
When these two met, it was time to be a little wild… definitely so worth the ride.
I have to admit that my face almost hurt from all the swooning and the goofy smiles I had throughout the story. Because ladies, Justin is definitely something else.
Back to the characters, Zoe was trying to get back on track after a breakup with her long time boyfriend. What about to take the leap by getting back in the saddle?(no pun intended of course) Zoe was a character that I truly appreciated. Feisty, a bit socially awkward at times, she was honest, funny and caring for her friends but a bit loss at this moment of her life. When she needed time to find herself back, meeting Justin was an encounter that’s gonna change her life.
I’ll try to contain all my love for Justin in a few sentences. But I really fell in love. Is he even real? I don’t say he is perfect, his flaws made him more real and freaking dreamy. He is a loner, hard worker and honest, he was a keeper. I haven’t even imagined that one day I would have some cowboy fantasies, but the author managed to make it. Maybe the life he planned and also building this fortress around his life and heart wasn’t enough.
Justin the cowboy is so close to be my favorite after John Day, le freaking sigh…
The chemistry was off the charts, the banter was witty and funny with some few good innuendos. Throughout the story, I felt more in love with the characters but also with the place, somewhere when friendship, family (maybe not related by blood) matters, to give generously and appreciate the simple joys of life, because at the end all the material things are not important.
Their story was such a beautiful journey, about discovering themselves, to follow their dreams and to stay true to themselves. As a slow burn romance, I adored being overwhelmed, to be carried away by the author’s beautiful words, making it so meaningful and heartwarming. I can go on for a long time to tell you how much I loved it, because when you read a story three times in a row, it must have been love, right?
