There’s a lot of talk about shared universes in fiction these days. The movies are doing it a lot, from superhero movies to the resurrection of the old monster movies. A shared universe is a series of stories all set in the same world or universe, sometimes characters cross over and make appearances in each other’s stories, sometimes they even help each other resolve a conflict. Even TV series are doing it and if you were a fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer you undoubtedly heard of the Buffyverse.
Well, did you know, my series are subtly part of a shared universe? That’s right. The wolves of Redfern, in The Beast Within series, temporarily hide out in the hometown of the witches of Raven Cove. The Witches of Raven Cove have a truce with the wolves that live in the mountains of Redfern….and the Fallen Angel (Demon) in The Warring Hearts Trilogy returns to Earth in the town of Blackstone….a town that is just a stone’s throw away from Raven Cove.
And there’s more… once The Warring Hearts trilogy wraps up, a new evil will rise that will threaten all of these heroes. A new story is unfolding and the Wolf, The Witch and the Demon will have to join forces to stop it and save everyone they love. This new series right now is called “Cross Worlds” and will be my most ambitious tale yet.
