Steve “SJ” Watson is an English writer born in 1971 in Stourbridge in the West Midlands. He has a degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham. He moved to London and worked as an audiologist. Despite having a full-time job, he wrote in the evenings and weekends resulting in his first novel.
His first novel, a thriller titled “Before I Go To Sleep”, debuted in 2011. It is now an international bestseller. His second novel “Second Life” debuted in 2015. He has 2 books that will be published this year and in 2019.
“Before I Go To Sleep” has been adapted into a film starring Nicole Kidman as Christine Lucas and Colin Firth as Ben.
