Chocolate

There has been controversy on weather or not chocolate is good for your skin.  It is the milk in milk chocolate that makes it breakout. Many scientists have said dark chocolate can help your skin look clear, but this is all needs to be in moderation. Dark chocolate is more natural and healthier, however it still contains some sugar, causing a large amount of it not benefit your face.
