Next time when I get a parcel, I would ensure that I check thoroughly and examine that carefully so that I don’t end up like the victims of Unabomber, the next best crime crime drama, after Mind hunter is available now in Netflix. The series also shows deepest insight of how a Harvard alumni, who was tormented mentally and forced to live a solitary life, was turned into a serial killer.

Synopsis ;
The entire 8 episode series is interwoven between two different tales. First its Fitz, a profiler in FBI, who struggles to find a notorious, and heinous serial killer Unabomber. During so, he becomes loner as he devotes his life to find him and ignores everyone around him. Second its Ted, a loner with high IQ, deprived in society due to his ideologies, tormented by a research done on him in Harvard.
During first half of the series, Fitz, best profiler of his class, is handed with Unabomber case, where bombings had happened in Universities and airports. With very little clues and arduous task he does the impossible. He creates ” forensic linguistics” , a technique which uses language as a medium to identify the killer.
Second half shows about Ted. His ideologies included remaining outside the technology ridden world. He believed technologies made the humans slave. He creates a manifesto and wanted it to be published on a newspaper. Why he kills people using post, as a medium, is not clearly known.
It is intriguing towards the end as the penultimate episode gives us everything to keep our blood boiling.
Why should one watch this?
Well, if one liked Mind hunter then this should be next on their list. Manhunt is on line with Mind hunter , keeping the viewers to edge of their seats
