Our amazing celebrity and film reporter Liselotte popped down to Raindance Independent Filmmakers Ball.

On the 26th of April, directors, actors and film lovers gathered together to celebrate the independent film and also the 25th anniversary of the Raindance Film Festival during the Raindance Independent Filmmaker’s Ball.
Held at London’s famous Café de Paris, Raindance founder Elliot Grove welcomed celebrities such as Ashley Walters (Top Boy), Nick Hendrix (Midsomer Murders) and Catherine Bailey (A Quiet Passion).
The guests weren’t only able to give it their best shot on the red carpet, they were also able to show off their dance moves on the live swing music from the incomparable Natty Congeroo & The Flames of Rhythm. Of course, there was also the annual fundraising raffle hosted by Elliot Grove himself. The much most coveted prize of the evening: A pair of tickets to the British Independent Film Awards, providing the winner a chance to mingle with some of their favourite film stars.
