Review: And this is why you should watch the spinoffs–you get to find out what happened next to a favorite character! Now Martha Jones is on the show! Before she joined the cast of Torchwood, I didn’t really think much of her, but her adventures with Torchwood made me go back and rewatch her stories with a newfound appreciation for her character. She’s a great fit for the show as she brings with her a new persona she had acquired as a member of UNIT. She is now focused on keeping Earth safe when the Doctor can’t.
