I have to tell you that I was totally planning to pick the most obvious song this week (Hi The Police and Every Breath you Take), but I happened to look up a list about “obsession” songs and ran across one of my favorites by Coldplay. I’m actually sad to realize that the lyrics to this one are pretty creepy. I honestly had no idea when I fell in love with it.
Also, this song reminds me of playing guitar hero on the Wii with the kiddos when they were just a little bit younger. I was actually pretty good at this one, and it didn’t hurt that I love the song.
Now, sadly, I’m hearing it in a whole new light…
I don’t know… I might still be in love it. Is there something so wrong with fighting for the person you love?? I guess it’s bad when you’re being all creepy-stalker about it, so, yeah, I’m thinking you don’t want to make someone “shiver” in a bad way…
It’s Coldplay though, and they’re magnificent, so I couldn’t quite help myself.
