Today is all about working out! Let me be honest here- working out is not my favorite thing. I seriously just do not like it. So finding the motivation to get up and actually do it is hard for me. But I am trying! I shared in this post the new workout program I started. I bought an at home workout bundle from a girl I follow on Instagram. Oh my goodness….. her workouts are tough! And I am only doing the first month! I can barely make it though the workouts, however I am actually really liking it so far. I am sore for days, but in a good way, after every workout.
I workout upstairs at my house, and on leg/booty day I can barely make it down the stairs afterward. I have been taking it slow, and really listening to my body and easing in to working out. I can already tell I need to up my weights on some exercises as they are becoming easier and my muscles don’t fatigue as quickly.
Here is a little booty progress pic so far! I can already notice a difference, which is exciting!
(Please excuse my unmade bed in both pictures…. maybe that needs to be a goal for this year too)
So tell me, what are your tips and tricks for getting motivated to work out?? I would love any and all advice
